Right To Know

On February 14, 2008, Governor Edward G. Rendell signed the new Right-To-Know Law (Act 3 of 2008), which takes effect on January 1, 2009. This law allows residents of the United States to inspect and obtain copies of public records through a written request.

Open Records Officers

The Schuylkill Haven Area Board of Directors has designated the following people to act as the district's Open Records Officers:

  • Mrs. Lorraine Felker, Superintendent
  • Ms. Kimberly Umphrey, Business Manager

Request Form

A requester seeking access to or duplication of a public record must submit a request addressed to the Open Records Officer. The written request must be completed on either the Schuylkill Haven Area School District Right-To-Know Request Form or the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records Right-To-Know Request Form.
